The Great Room forms the center of the Main House and features fine-furnishings, 19-foot vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, and amazing views. The Great Room also includes an entertainment center with cable TV, VCR, and stereo system. Featuring a Tommy Bahama table, the dining room seats 6 to 8 people. The gourmet island kitchen is fully-equipped with 5-burner gas cooktop, double oven, microwave oven, and dishwasher. The Master Bedroom features a king-size bed, air-conditioning, and ceiling fan. Adjoining master bath includes a walk-in shower, bidet, toilet, and bath tub.

VL features spectacular views of the ocean and the mountains of Saint Martin. The bustling village of Marigot on the French side of Saint Martin is just a 15-minute boat ride from Anguilla.

The Main House has two guest rooms that offer air conditioning, ceiling fan, and adjoining bath with shower and toilet. The second guest room includes a double futon, and ceiling fan as well as office amenities such as writing table, internet access, and FAX/modem.

The guest house is part of a larger property which is located in prestigious Lockrums, about five minutes from Blowing Point and the ferry to St. Martin which makes a trip over for shopping or lunch a breeze. If visitors reserve the guest house, the main house will not be rented, and vice versa, so privacy is ensured. This gated property is lovingly landscaped and has a security system. There is a vanishing edge pool for your use and is within walking distance to a small beach. The guest house occupies the second floor with very good views of St. Martin . There is an outside terrace and use of the main terrace and vanishing edge pool. The guest house itself is one large airconditioned room containing a full kitchen, dining table, sitting area, bed and a separte shower/toilet and lots of closet space. This guest house as a stand-alone unit is new to our listing for the 2009 season.
