Policies:
Maximum number of guests is 8 persons.  Arriving guests are welcome at 4:00 PM or later on the day of arrival and departing guests are asked to depart by 12:00 PM.  Villa Black Pearl is a non-smoking villa.  No exceptions.  We regret that we cannot accommodate children under age 7 or pets..  Rates are subject to change without notice, although once your reservation is confirmed the rate will not change.

Deposit and Payment:
Rates are quoted in US dollars per night and are exclusive of a 10% government tax and 10% service charge.  For the Holiday Season, preference will be given to reservations of at least 10 nights.  A 50% deposit of the total rental amount is due to confirm your reservation.  The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival in High Season and 30 days in Low Season.  The balance on Holiday Season reservations, however, is due by October 15.  If reservations are made within 60 days of your arrival date in High Season or within 30 days of your arrival in Low Season, the total rental amount is required to confirm your reservation.

Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made in writing directly to the Management Company.  The following cancellation fees will apply: More than 60 days prior to arrival:  25% of the total rental amount. Between 60 and 30 days (inclusive) prior to arrival:  50% of the total rental amount. Fewer than 30 days prior to arrival:  100% of total rental amount. Because of the cancellation policy, travel insurance is recommended.

The indoor spaces are large and airy with ceiling fans and customs furniture designed by the owners and fabricated in Thailand.
