A separate TV and childrens room has recently been added, which adds space and privacy.

A private beach is very rare, this gives the privacy that many guests require. This beach is perfect for your private sunbathing during the day and intimate star gazing in the evening. It is a perfect place for a barbeque at anytime.

The villa has a gymnasium on the estate which is always open.

Arrangements can be made for boat trips, water skiing, snorkeling and scuba diving. Mobile phones can be arranged and fax and e-mail can be sent from our on site office.

Guests are taken care of by our staff who will ensure your stay will fulfill your expectations, they are there for you, however, they are fully aware that privacy is of the utmost importance.

The estate is staffed with daily house maids and we include a fully personal daily laundry service.

Our full time gardeners look after the grounds and ensure the pools are cleaned and everything is well maintained.

T/LH is located in Little Harbour within a protective reef, with spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea, St Martin and St Barts

T/LH comprises a spectacular lounge and dining area and a dining kitchen. A very large master bedroom with unbelievable views with its own study and large private patio area on three sides. Two further large double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms overlooking the pool and garden. The two very special garden suites sit in the grounds with easy access to the main house. All bedrooms are fully conditioned.
