All rates are daily in United States Dollars. Rates are subject to 10% Government Occupancy Tax and 5% Service Charge.
A 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation. Full and final payment including all taxes & service must be received by Luxuryillas at least 30 days prior to arrival date. Deposits are refundable in full (less US$100.00 administration fee) if notice of cancellation is received by the Luxuryvillas in writing at least 45 days prior to the guests scheduled date of arrival. Deposits are non-refundable if notice of cancellation is received by Luxuryvillas in writing less than 45 days prior to the guests schedule date of arrival. All Peak Season (21 December - 4 January) bookings are completely non-refundable.
Luxuryvillas reserve the right to cancel the booking if payment is not received by the due date. There will be no refunds made for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures.
We recommend that the Renter purchase travel insurance available through travel agents and insurance companies.
