pool & beach sited like this, it totally eliminates the logistics of having to
go somewhere just to get in the water!
Built as a duplex, the 2 BR/2BA (below
L), and the 1BR/1BA (below R) are side by side. Each benefit from plenty of natural light, soothing breezes, and ceiling fans in every room. Italian floor tiles throughout.
