All rates are quoted for a one week rental--i.e. 7 nights. For holidays lasting longer than one week, the daily rate is 1/7 of the weekly rate. Minimum of 3 days stay is required for all periods except holidays, which require a minimum of 1 week.
Rates are inclusive of the following features:
Use of all rooms in 5 bedroom villa, fitness center, pool, and tennis court
Food prepared by Chef for three meals daily and snack. This is not an all you can eat concept, but rather a fine dining experience.
Selected beverages: sodas, juice, water, spirits, and house wine excluding fine wine, cognac and digestifs.
Full time staff: concierge, chef, guest personal assistant, housekeeper and gardener
Laundry service (excluding dry cleaning)
Sports equipment: use of snorkeling equipment, non motorized boating equipment
Transportation to/from Anguilla Airport or Ferry Landing
Use of facsimile conveniently located in the villa (phone charges are additional)
Use of computer equipment (Internet access charges are additional)
