A $2000 security deposit is returnable within 72 hours of departure. A 50% deposit is due at reservation, with final payment due 60 days prior to arrival date. Full payment is required with holiday reservation (December 22, 2008 - January 03, 2009) with payment refundable only with rebooking of those dates. Travel insurance is recommended.

The beach area is easily accessed by a lighted stone walkway and equipped with Kayak, snorkeling gear, beach chairs and umbrellas.

The villa maintains a permanent housekeeper and grounds staff to insure that guest needs are consistently provided for. An on-island management team is available to personally tailor your stay from booking to departure.

The 8,000 square foot compound is comprised of the Great House, with 3 air conditioned bedroom suites, living, dining and library / media rooms, fully open to the outdoor decks and an adjacent Gourmet Kitchen can be used to prepare simple Al Fresco meals or a multi-course catered dining event. A two bedroom Guesthouse with full bath and indoor / outdoor showers completes the residence structure, sheltering the ocean front, 40 x 15 foot freshwater pool.
