18D is the ultimate choice for a romantic getaway for two. This newly restored home is situated in the lovely residential area of Sandy Hill Bay located on the southern coast of Anguilla. From this vantage point, there are spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea and surrounding islands of St. Martin, St. Barts and Saba.

18D has one bedroom, 1 1/2 bathrooms, living/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The large partially covered terrace is the beautiful setting for the infinity pool where you can swim while watching the shooting stars explode over the southern islands. You may prefer lounging with a cool tropical drink on the Brown Jordan patio furniture enjoying the gentle sea breeze. There is a sloping path leading down to Sandy Hill Bay where you can swim and snorkel in the aquamarine sea or sunbathe on the soft white sand.

All rates are in United States Dollars. All rates are quoted for a one week rental--i.e. 7 nights. For holidays lasting longer than one week, the daily rate is 1/7 of the weekly rate.

Rates are subject to a 10% Government Occupancy Tax.

A 10% discount will be applied to stays of two weeks (14 nights) or longer.

No discounts apply between December 20 and January 6

Sandy Hill Ocean View Villa is a private, smoke-free residence and is furnished accordingly. Guests are expected to care for Sandy Hill Ocean View Villa as if it were their own.
